A panelist can be a researcher, professor, family doctor, surgeon, nurse or nurse practitioner, medical student, therapist and more virtually anyone affiliated with medicine and the health sciences.
General guidelines:
Panels are conducted from 3:00 - 4:00 pm
Panels generally consist of five or six individuals
Each panelist has five minutes to speak about the evolution of his/her career the highs and lows, and the challenges and opportunities faced along the way.
A question period follows after each panel member has spoken
