Information and registration packages are sent to secondary schools in the area of each Discovery Day location. Check with the Department Head of Guidance or Science to ensure that your school received a package. Teachers are invited to select a specified number of students who they feel would benefit from a day of learning about the health sciences and health professions. The students may not have a clear career path in mind, but should demonstrate strengths in relevant subject areas. The number of students per school depends upon the capacity of each Discovery Day.
On the registration form, students will select their top five workshop choices from a workshop catalogue. They will be assigned two workshops on a first-come first-served basis. Please send in your registrations early to avoid disappointment.
