You are invited to help us redesign our Discovery Days in Health Sciences t-shirt and get a chance to win $200 in the process!

The Subject
The Canadian Medical Hall of Fame / TD Discovery Days in Health Sciences program offers high school students the opportunity to explore careers in medicine and other sciences. Help us beef up our image! Create a new design for the front of our Discovery Day t-shirts.  Visit the Discovery Day pages of our website to get a full understanding of the nature and scope of our program.  Please note this contest is only open to high school, CEGEP and undergraduate students.

The Medium
If hand drawing, please use a black fine tip or a ‘heavy’ pencil so your artwork can be scanned. Alternatively, use Photoshop or similar software to create your unique design!

The Delivery
Mail your artwork to us or send it electronically - either way, you'll find our contact info here!  Don't forget to include your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address and educational institution.  Contest closes June 15, 2012.

The Selection
Finalists will be posted on The Canadian Medical Hall of Fame website and Facebook page June 29, 2012.

The Winner
