INFORMATION FOR ACADEMICS AND PROFESSIONALS...
Workshop presenters are invited to share their passion and enthusiasm for their chosen careers by coordinating an interactive session for morning and/or afternoon. Click the appropriate link below to submit a workshop on our webform or download and complete our workshop abstract form and return by fax to The Canadian Medical Hall of Fame.

FOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS AND STUDENTS...
This event is open to any high school student. To aid communications, we ask that students register through their high school. A contact teacher must first register the school via the appropriate link below. Once our system has advised of your school's registration, an email to the contact teacher will follow from the CMHF with further details for students to register online. Students are still required to submit a completed Consent and Waiver of Liability Form to complete their registration. Teachers are invited, but not required, to attend as well.  Because teachers are assigned to workshops over and above the student capacity set by the workshop presenters, we ask that teachers continue to register manually using the Teacher Registration Form.  If you are an interested student but can't find a teacher to act as a contact for your school, please call The Canadian Medical Hall of Fame: 519-488-2003.

All forms are to be faxed to The Canadian Medical Hall of Fame: 519-488-2999.

View our current 2010 Workshop Catalogue. We're still recruiting workshop presenters so be sure to check back for new sessions before you register!
