The Board of Directors of the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame (CMHF) is responsible for ensuring that the organization is managed effectively, efficiently and lawfully. The Board fulfills these responsibilities by making policy, monitoring compliance, and ensuring accountability of the Executive Director and Board members for their actions (Board Member Terms of Reference available upon request).
